SCFB Foundation

The Stephenson County Farm Bureau Foundation was chartered in September 1990 for the purpose of carrying out charitable, scientific, literary, and educational work. The Foundation receives contributions from members who elect to include a suggested $3 donation on their annual Farm Bureau dues renewal notice; it also accepts bequests and donations from other sources and conducts occasional fundraising events.

The SCFB Foundation annually awards a number of scholarships to member families seeking to further their education, with $8000 in grants awarded in 2007 to students having completed one year of college. The Foundation also occasionally extends financial assistance to educators for continuing education opportunities, as well as providing resources for other situations.

The current SCFB Foundation Board is as follows:
          President - Randy Dornink
          Vice-President - Steve Fricke
          Treasurer - Lynden Endress
          Director - Paul Phillips
          Director - Wendell DeVries
