Preview programs scheduled for Tri-State trips

We will be holding preview programs for two 2016 trips sponsored by Tri-State Travel and area Farm Bureaus on Tuesday September 8 at the Farm Bureau in Freeport. The preview for the "Railroads of New England Fall Explorer" (two trips with both bus and bus/flight options on September 23-October 2 and October 1-10) will be at 7 p.m., and a preview program for our "Washington D.C. in the Springtime" trips (March 30-April 5 and April 6-12) will follow at 8 p.m. Interest is high for both trips and signup has been brisk for the D.C.

Barn II Dinner Theatre trip postponed due to storm damage

We have learned that Conklin's Barn II Dinner Theatre at Goodfield sustained significant damage during an August 18 storm and is currently closed for repairs. They are working on an alternate venue in the meantime, but our September 20 bus trip is now postponed pending notification of alternate dates. If you are signed up for the September 20 trip, please call Marlie or Bruce at (815) 232-3186 to let us know which Sundays in October or early November you would be available when we learn of alternate options.

Place your order for Terri Lynn nuts & candies!

We're taking orders for those delicious Terri Lynn nuts and candies now through October 30th, with delivery by November 20 in time for your holiday baking, snacking and gift needs. New this year are the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Melts with Sea Salt and the Milk Chocolate Covered Cashews (sorry, the Dark Chocolate Cashews were discontinued). Tentative 2016 trip lineup announced

Plans are already developing for our 2016 lineup of trips, and you can click here to see the tentative schedule. Details and flyers will be posted on our website when they become finalized. The Door County Adventure is already full with a short standby list and the Shipshewana trip is around half full, so don't delay if you want to sign up!

Washington D.C. trips planned for spring 2016

Area Farm Bureaus and Tri-State Travel are sponsoring a terrific excursion to Washington D.C., Gettysburg and other points of interest on March 30-April 5, 2016, and you can see the trip details by clicking here.
